Refunds and Cancellations: All purchases of virtual currencies, including gems, coins, or any other in-app tokens, are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase within the application, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You are purchasing a virtual item that has no tangible or real-world value, and that cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for real money, goods, or services.

In the event of a technical failure, server outage, or other disruption that results in the loss of your virtual currency or inability to access your purchases, we shall not be obligated to provide refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind. By using this application and purchasing virtual currencies, you acknowledge and accept these risks and limitations, and you agree to bear full responsibility for any losses or inconveniences that may result. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not make any purchases within the application.

Subscription Cancellation and Billing: If you purchase a subscription or any other recurring service within the application, we may provide an easy cancellation process, subject to the following terms and conditions:

2. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. This means that you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the billing cycle in which you initiated the cancellation.

5. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the subscription services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. In the event of a material change to the subscription services, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and allow you to cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

Billing for subscriptions is handled automatically by the application or the designated third-party payment processor. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the application to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the beginning of each billing period, until you cancel the subscription or the application terminates the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date, and for any fees, taxes, or other charges associated with the transaction. If a payment is declined or fails for any reason, the application may suspend or terminate your access to the subscription benefits until the issue is resolved. We are not responsible for any overdraft charges, insufficient funds fees, or other costs incurred as a result of a failed payment. Minimum Virtual Currency Balance: To ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the application, we require users to maintain a minimum balance of virtual currency, specifically gems, at all times. The current minimum balance is set at 24 gems, but this value is subject to change at the discretion of the application's developers, owners, or operators. If your gem balance falls below the minimum requirement, you will face the following restrictions and consequences:

1. You will be unable to perform certain actions, access specific features, or progress further within the application until you purchase additional gems to restore your balance to the minimum level.
2. You will receive notifications, warnings, and prompts within the application, urging you to replenish your gem balance to continue using the affected features and functionalities.
3. If your gem balance remains below the minimum level for an extended period, as determined by the application's policies, your account may be flagged for inactivity or non-compliance with the minimum balance requirement.
4. In the event that your gem balance reaches zero, and remains at zero for a specified duration, your account may be subject to termination, deletion, or permanent loss of access to the application and its associated data, features, and progress.
5. To prevent account termination and restore access to the application's full functionality, you would be required to purchase a gem refill pack or otherwise acquire gems through legitimate means provided within the application, to bring your balance back to the minimum required level.

Please note that the application reserves the right to modify, increase, or decrease the minimum gem balance requirement at any time, based on factors such as platform maintenance costs, feature enhancements, or economic considerations. Any changes to the minimum balance policy will be communicated to users through in-app notifications, email updates, or other official channels. By continuing to use the application, you acknowledge and agree to maintain the minimum required gem balance, and to bear the consequences of failing to do so, including potential account restrictions or termination. Virtual Currency Expiration and Inactivity: The virtual currencies within the application, including gems and any other tokens or points, are designed to facilitate and enhance your experience while using the application. However, it is important to understand the following characteristics and limitations of these virtual currencies:

1. Gems and other virtual currencies are non-transferable, meaning that you cannot sell, trade, or otherwise exchange them with other users, third parties, or external platforms. They are solely intended for use within the application and cannot be converted into real money or other forms of value.
2. These virtual currencies have no monetary value outside of the application. They are not backed by any real-world assets, and do not represent any form of investment, savings, or financial instrument. The value of gems and other virtual currencies is purely virtual and exists only within the context of the application.
3. To encourage active participation and to maintain the integrity of the application's economy, gems and other virtual currencies are subject to expiration if your account remains inactive for an extended period. The specific duration of inactivity that triggers expiration is determined by the application's developers, owners, or operators, and may be subject to change.
4. If your account remains inactive for the specified duration, any gems or other virtual currencies associated with your account may expire, be forfeited, or be permanently removed from your balance. This expiration occurs automatically and without the need for any action or notification on your part.
5. Once your virtual currencies have expired, they cannot be restored, refunded, or reimbursed. It is your responsibility to maintain an active account and to utilize your virtual currencies within the application before they are subject to expiration.
6. The application reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the virtual currency system at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. In the event of a material change to the virtual currency system, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and allow you to use or exchange your virtual currencies before the changes take effect.

By using the application and acquiring virtual currencies, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics and limitations. You agree that the application, its developers, owners, and operators shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from the expiration, forfeiture, or removal of your virtual currencies due to account inactivity or any other reason. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the developers, owners, operators, affiliates, or licensors of the application be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the application, its content, features, or functionality. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if the parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The limitations and disclaimers in this section do not purport to limit liability or alter your rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you in their entirety, but will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In no event shall the total liability of the developers, owners, operators, affiliates, or licensors of the application for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the application during the 12 months immediately preceding the date of the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

You further acknowledge that the application and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

The developers, owners, operators, affiliates, and licensors of the application do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. They also do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the content, features, or functionality provided by the application.

By using the application, you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers, owners, operators, affiliates, and licensors of the application from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the application or your violation of these terms.

Card Drop Odds: The card drop odds are calculated by a progressive win loop. If no win is found, a 100% common card is provided. The odds for winning cards are as follows:

Duplicate cards are automatically converted to a System award of Gems based on the rarity of the card:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law that would require the application of the laws of a different jurisdiction.

Those who access or use the application from jurisdictions where such access or use is prohibited by law or regulation do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. The parties agree to replace any invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that achieves, to the greatest extent possible, the economic, business, and other purposes of the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.

Upon such termination, suspension, or restriction, your right to use the application will immediately cease, and you must immediately destroy any copies of the application or related content in your possession or control.

These terms and conditions, together with any additional guidelines, rules, or policies posted within the application, constitute the entire agreement between you and the application's developers, owners, and operators, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral, written, or electronic, between you and us with respect to the application.
